DEK operates on a pay-per-use or pay-as-you-go model. Usage charges are listed below:
Emails sent, are charged at around $10 per 1,480 emails or $0.0675 per email sent.
Email addresses are verified at $0.025 per email.
Content AI is billed at $0.9 per 1,000 words and 0.6 per image (includes the number of words in both the input to the AI and output from the AI).
Reviews AI is billed at $0.1/review response.
Funnel AI is billed at $9.9/funnel AI.
The Phone System is charged at $0.07/min for making calls, $0.0425/min for receiving calls and $0.0415/segment for sending text or SMS messages.
For WhatsApp, the following applies: $20/month to enable WhatsApp and $0.74/WhatsApp message (utility or marketing). If you send a utility message within 24 hours of a customer-initiated chat, you do not pay for your utility messages.
Do you offer refunds?
Your satisfaction with The Digital Experts Kit is important to us. However, due to the nature of the services provided, which include access to digital software, templates, automations, training, and other instantly accessible content, we operate a strict no refund policy.
By registering for and accessing your DEK account immediately, you provide your express consent to waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This waiver applies to all subscription types, including monthly and yearly plans.
Accordingly, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for cancellations, downgrades, non-usage, or change of mind. All sales are final, and no pro-rata refunds or credits will be issued once a payment has been processed.
